Veter #5 Services to the Clients
Our company Veter #5 (Wind #5) has different flexible modes of interaction with the clients. We try to build up relationships with our future and existing clients based on their ability to perform wind metering works and site development on their own, either by elements or for the whole project. Based on this we define what will be the most suitable modus operandi for our cooperation and scope of Veter #5 (Wind #5) responsibility.
Modes of interaction vary from a simple advice, recommendations on measuring equipment and software choice, data interpretation and modeling to turn-key project implementation by Veter #5 for the customer. Erection and operation of the wind metering complexes has few risks which the client will carry himself if provide the woks on his own. If you buy a turn-key service-package from Veter #5 (Wind #5) these risks will be covered by an agreement concluded. With this what we ask from the client is to specify the data format he requires (if any specific) and start time for the wind metering. All the rest will be performed by Veter #5 (Wind #5) professionals.
Here is how we share responsibilities with the Clients within different types of agreements.
Veter #5 (Wind #5)Consulting Agreement with the Client:
o The client buys, erects and operates meteorological mast(s) with equipment to achieve the goals of the project.
o The client prepares the documentation for the selected site, its micrositing, selects methodology and instruments fro project design.
o The client implements quality control system fro the site selected, selection of the generating equipment for the wind farm, metering data collection and interpretation.
o The client is in charge of the metering system performance and data transmition.
o The client performs the equipment installation and dismantling, plot recreation and transportation.
- Veter #5 (Wind #5) responsibility:
o Veter #5 selects and recommends to the client equipment type and acts as a consultant afterwards, who’s advices and recommendations are desirable but never obligatory. His range of responsibilities is carefully encircled and specified along the metering time cycle.
Veter #5 (Wind #5) Turn-key service package:
o The client shows a desired site (s), ways of access to it, metering time period and data format he requires (if any specific) for further interpretation. Usually the client is in charge of getting all the local permits if required.
o Veter #5 provides a selection of required number of sites for further proceeding out of those proposed by the Client.
o Veter #5 selects type of equipment, install, operates, insures.
o Veter #5 prepares site documents: general description and indicators, general planning and micrositing.
o Veter #5 will be in charge of collection, registration, meteorological data and provides its quality.
o Veter #5 dismantles equipment and provides its transportation back to the storage place.
o Veter #5 performs a calculation of the future wind farm main parameters for the Client, preferred type of wind generation equipment considering site parameters and wind characteristics.
o Veter #5 can provide for the Client (matter of a separate agreement) consulting support and guidance of the equipment provider selection based on the predefined targets and responsibility.
